You are looking at a gorgeous precious reliquary. The front side represents the icon of Mother Mary Seven Arrows or Softener of Evil Hearts. The back side shows a grapevine old believers' cross. The openable medal is decorated by an openwork oxidized filigree pattern.
The Cyrillic prayer scripture on the front side "Семистрельная" stands for the icon type "Seven Arrows."
The prayer inscription "Прсв. Бгца [Пресвятая Богородица], спаси нас" means "The Most Holy Mother of God, save us."
