You are looking at a lovely oxidized silver pendant shaped Maltese cross. The abbreviations on the front side stand for:
ЦС - King of Glory,
ІНЦІ - INRI - Iesus Nazarenus, Rex Iudaeorum (latin language) = Jesus the Nazarene, the King of the Jews,
ІС ХС - Jesus Christ,
НІКА - Victory.
The back side of the cross medal depicts an orthodox church with cupolas and old believers' crosses and a dove - the symbol of the Holy Spirit. The Cyrillic blessing inscription "Спаси и сохрани" means "Save and protect".
