We ship worldwide using registered trackable airmail. The tracking number is provided immediately after the order is shipped.

We do our best to ship rapidly and to arrange the fast delivery. But shipping carrier functioning and the customs' check are not under our control. The buyer is responsible for all VAT, fees and sales taxes if they apply.

- the Netherlands - 4-6 week;

- Puerto Rico - 4-6 weeks;

- Romania - 2-3 weeks;

- South Africa - 42-50 days;

- Spain - 4-5 weeks (the last one took 30 days);

- Switzerland - 3-4 weeks (the last one arrived in 23 days);

- United Kingdom - 3-5 weeks.

Delivery time also depends on the season and some other reasons (holidays, customs' check, country laws). As a rule, it's faster in summer and slower in the winter season during the New Year rush (starting from the middle of November).

Unfortunately, the Express delivery is unavailable right now due to the military situation in Ukraine. But the standard postal service works very nice.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
