You are looking at a detailed cross necklace. The front side represents Jesus Christ crucifixion with vernicle image of the saviour (not made by human hands) on the top. The Cyrillic acromyms here stand for Jesus Christ, INRI, Victory, Spear, Stick, Golgotha, Mount Calvary and Adam’s head.
The back side of the religion amulet depicts the icon of Mother of God Mary with Jesus Christ child on the top. The main part shows the Archangel Michael with sword and wings.
