The abbreviation on the front side ІНЦІ means I.N.R.I. - Iesus (Jesus) Nazarenus, Rex Iudaeorum (latin) = Jesus the Nazarene, the King of the Jews. Іс Хс stands for Jesus Christ. The Cyrillic prayer inscription on the back side says "Спаси и сохрани" that means "Save and protect."
