You are looking at a lovely religious amulet necklace depicting Holy Constantinus icon. He was a Great Roman Emperor and the image shows him in a crown and holding a cross.
The Cyrillic inscription on the front side is "Св [Святой] Црь [Царь] Конс [Константин]" that means "Saint King Constantine."
The text on the back side is a guardian prayer and it says: "Моли Бога о нас" (“Pray God for us”).
