The cross medal shows the reproduction of the famous icon Trinity created by the outstanding Medieval painter Andrei Rublev in the 15th century. The painting is also called The Hospitality of Abraham. The inscription “Честнейшую Херувим и Славнейшую без сравнения Серафим, Святая Троица, Святый Боже, Святый Крепкий, Святый Безсмертный, помилуй нас” is a prayer and it means: “The most honoured Cherub and the most glorious incomparable Seraph, Holy Trinity, Saint God, Saint Strong and Saint Immortal, have mercy on us”. Another side of the stylized cross necklace depicts a detailed icon Our Lady of the Sign also called Panagia or Znamenie or Znak.
