Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping

The items are shipped to the confirmed PayPal account address in 1-2 business days after the payment is received. Please, note - it sometimes takes several days for PayPal to verify the payment.

We ship worldwide using registered trackable airmail. The tracking number is provided immediately after the order is shipped.

We do our best to ship rapidly and to arrange the fast delivery. But shipping carrier functioning and the customs' check are not under our control. The buyer is responsible for all VAT, fees and sales taxes if they appear.

It usually took 3-4 weeks for a package to arrive before the quarantine precautions. Here's the latest statistics of the international delivery terms:

- USA - 3-5 weeks (New Year delays up to 6-7 weeks);

- Canada - 6-7 weeks;

- Australia - we highly recommend to use UPS Express delivery option, standard trackable delivery currently takes 8-9 weeks;

- Chile - 4-5 weeks (the last one arrived in 34 days);

- China - the last delivery term was 81 day...;

- France - 2 weeks;

- Germany - 4-7 weeks (the last package arrived in 48 days);

- Japan - 2-3 weeks;

- Latvia - 1-2 weeks;

- Macedonia, the former Republic of Yugoslavia - 2-3 weeks;

- Mexico - 4-6 weeks;

- the Netherlands - 4-6 week;

- Norway - 2-3 weeks;

- Puerto Rico - 4-6 weeks;

- Romania - 2 weeks;

- South Africa - 42-50 days;

- Spain - 4-5 weeks (the last one took 30 days);

- Sweden - 2-4 weeks;

- Switzerland - 3-4 weeks (the last one arrived in 23 days);

- United Kingdom - 3-5 weeks.

Delivery time also depends on the season and some other reasons (holidays, customs' check, country laws). As a rule, it's faster in summer and slower in the winter season during the New Year rush (starting from the middle of November).

Buyers from the USA, Canada, Australia, European Community and some other countries may get Express delivery in the checkout. We are not able to give the exact terms of the Express delivery as it changes all the time because of quarantine.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at fineandfaithcom@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
